5. DELIVERY TERMS

  • Kids’ Clothing:
    • Ships within 10 business days of order confirmation.
    • Delivery time within Turkey: 3–7 business days (varies by location).

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • EU Buyers: You may cancel orders within 15 days of receiving the product (unused, unworn, tags attached).
  • Non-EU Buyers: Returns accepted within 15 days for kids’ clothing (conditions apply).
  • Exceptions: Custom wedding dresses, personalized items, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective.


7. RETURN & REFUND PROCEDURES
