1. Wedding Dresses

   - Wedding dresses are custom-made and require a production time of six weeks from the date of order confirmation.

   - Due to the personalized nature of wedding dresses, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

   - If you receive a defective or damaged wedding dress, please contact us immediately at info@nagihanbilgin.com  or call us on +90 533 147 01 53 with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution.

 

2. Kids' Clothing

   - Kids' clothing typically ships within ten days of order confirmation.

   - We offer a 15-day return policy for kids' clothing. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

   - Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized kids' clothing, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

 

3. Damages and Issues

   - Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@nagihanbilgin.com or call us on +90 533 147 01 53 with details and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

4. Refunds

   - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

   - Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

   - If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
