1. Wedding Dresses
   - Wedding dresses are custom-made and require a production time of six weeks. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are not permitted.

2. Kids' Clothing
   - Kids' clothing typically ships within ten days. Standard return policies apply (see Return & Refund Policy).

3. Payment
   - All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Intellectual Property
   - All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of Nagihan Bilgin and may not be used without permission.

5. Governing Law
   - These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
